Black Startup Founders received only 1.2 percent of a record breaking $147 billion dollars invested in the first half of 2021. The good news is out of that 1.2 percent invested in Black Founders, it actually doubled from 2020 when it was 0.6 percent invested in Black founders in US venture funding.
